Open the “My Computer” or Windows Explorer(Windows+E).
Then Click the “Organize” tab on the top-left corner. and the Click “Folder and Search Options”.
Now the Folder Option window will open. Then Click “View” tab.
Make sure the option “Always show icons, Never thumbnails” was “Ticked” as below.
Click OK. That’s all You’ve DONE. !!
Conclusion:
Mostly Windows Explorer will Stopped working when we Handling the Images or other Media Folders. Because Some of the Image files might be Corrupted. So this method Fix the “Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working” for Sure.

Method 2-Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working Perfect Solution FIX :
- Click Start, and type “cmd” in Search box.
- Once you saw cmd.exe, right-click cmd.exe, and then click “Run as administrator”.
- At the command prompt, type Sfc /scannow and then press ENTER.
This method is know as “Run System File Checker” to scan and check your files. Thats it.

To use these methods.. You have to use windows Explorer.. WHICH IS NOT WORKING!!
these methods are dreadful as they rely on windows explorer actually, which it does NOT, thats the whole point of the fix!!
I did by using ctrl-shift-esc for the task manager and and clicked on New Task. Open a folder and do it there.
